		<description>This article really interested me as I have seen this happen at close quarters. It took time for the CEO to be able to let go of his baby and hand over the business but he knew it was the right thing to do. Not sure I agree with the wholesale firing of the management team - some people can embrace change even when they have belonged to the old guard - but from my experience you do have to be pretty ruthless when things aren&#039;t working.</description>
